First she wanted me to pay for a "ticket" so we coudl meet and get married. Then, when I didn't feel comfortable, she made up tons of stuff that wasn't true. So, I tried to explain that I wasn't who she thought I was. She calmed down and went back to "hinting" she needed money for us to fall in love and be married before this thanksgiving. It was crazy, and she even wanted my address after knowing her for two days! Then, when I didn't send her money (I quit talking to her) she tried to get people from my state to hunt me down. These facts can be found in her posts. What a crazy place. I never would have thought an American woman would do it (I guess I would have known had it been the russian bride scam). She has a felony in NC and I checked it out. She is a child abductor, so adios to "Sharon Elizabeth Whitfield". Crazy, borderline, woman! I deleted my profile. I did recognize some people I knew from other sites who were legit, but the site itself left me with a creepy feeling and the scammers seemed to be persistant even if there emails were deleted.
