JDate is basically thievery in disguise. I have found their customer service to be unhelpful and appalling to say the least. I made a subscription with them on a deal they had and as a precaution I called in and told them to take me off auto renewal. When the time came I discovered that they did not take me off auto-renewal and claimed that they have no record of me calling in. Absolute bullshit. Not just that they blatantly refused to give me my money back or to even rectify the situation in anyway. They dismissed me by saying that no one will help my, not allowing me to speak to anyone above the customer service representative. Even though I completely canceled my account, my money has not been returned to me. They have pretty much taken my money without giving me a service in return!

Be warned. Be careful with the auto renewal. Get names and confirmation numbers, because with Jdate the customer is NOT always right.

I’m embarrassed to be a jew for having to deal with the types of women or should I say “NYC women” that frequent JDate.
These girls need some serious online dating ettiquette. I can’t count how many times I’ve had my IM’s fail. Every guy is automatically assumed to be a loser, wierdo, or freak. I’m positive they place fake profiles on there to boost their numbers.
